Fisheries and Livestock Minister S M Rezaul Karim handed out the Lifetime Achievement award to Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra artiste and freedom fighter, Monoranjan Ghoshal. Sohanoor Rahman Sohan, President of Bangladesh Film Director Association and Cinemaking International Film Festival Founder and Festival Director Monjurul Islam Megh presented.
